100% PROMPT!!! I hired Mr. Sandless to refinish the hardwood floors in both of my daughter's rooms. Upon finishing the process, we ran across a problem with my floors that needed to be corrected. Though this problem had nothing to do with Mr. Sandless or their process, the technicians instantly contacted the owner, who said he would do whatever was essential to create the floors appropriate. To my surprise he did specifically that. My floors are now gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. The Mr. Sandless of Kentucky team, from the technicians to the firm owner, were 100% prompt, pleasant and professional from the beginning. It really is so refreshing to locate a business willing to stand behind their items and services. REALLY IMPRESSED!!! I just had Mr. Sandless out to my home for refinishing my hardwood floors. First, I would like to commend the crew for their professionalism! They finished exactly when they said they would. They worked with out stopping until the floor was refinished. My husband and I had been extremely impressed about how they went about their work, there was no dust or odor, which is critical as my husband is disabled and that was very crucial in selecting Mr. Sandless.
